Prior experience
Warwára began her career as a management consultant with Consultants Unit, in the Netherlands, advising on business expansion in the Middle East. She then joined a European consulting firm in Brussels, where she spearheaded the development of its office network, business advisory services, management assessment practice, and senior search assignments. Following this, Warwára held the position of Vice President at Korn Ferry International, working in offices including Paris, Singapore, and Bangkok. She was a Partner and Executive Coach with Collins-Tait International in Singapore focusing on talent management and corporate branding. She then became a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry Leadership & Talent Consulting in the Netherlands.
Before joining Beyond Associés, Warwára ran a successful private practice in leadership and talent consulting, serving a diverse portfolio of international clients across EMEA.
Education
Warwára studied Human Resources with Cornell University ILR. She successfully completed her Executive Coaching Training with ACT in Singapore, demonstrating a deep commitment to leadership development. Certified in a comprehensive suite of psychometric tools (OPQ, Hogan, Decision Dynamics), she bring expert insights into human behavior and performance. Additionally, she is a registered member of the British Psychological Society, further solidifying her professional credibility and expertise.
