Rodolphe focuses on senior executive and non-executive director search, as well as succession planning, board effectiveness and executive talent assessment, advising both private and publicly listed global companies.

He has in-depth knowledge and passion for the industrial and consumer markets, working with clients in Europe, North America and Asia. He’s deeply motivated when conducting tailor-made recruitments which contribute to the position of his clients at the forefront of their markets.

As well as General Management and CEO Succession Plan assignments, he conducts searches in the fields of Legal, Operations and Finance. In addition, he frequently leads C-suite recruitments in mid-size companies backed by Private Equity firms or family offices.

Prior experience

At the early stage of his career, Rodolphe joined the Secretariat-General for National Defence and Security (Prime Minister Services) within the competitive intelligence department. Between 2010 and 2012, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff and then Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Health and Social Cohesion.

Prior to joining Beyond Associés, he spent three years in India working at the Embassy of France within the political chancery.
As well as responding to humanitarian crises, he contributed to the Indo-French relationship creating new bridges in the domains
of healthcare, pharma, humanitarian affairs and sport.

Education

Rodolphe holds a Master’s degree in International Risk Management from HEC; a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Lille 2 and a degree in International Management from the University of Lyon 3. He is Doctor in Political Science at Sorbonne University in Paris, defending his PhD dealing with the Indian foreign policy in Africa (2018).

Certified in Decision Dynamics, he is also fluent in French and English.

He’s an Associate Fellow at the HEC Center for Geopolitics and Visiting Professor at Mohammed VI University.

Rodolphe is an alumni of the U.S. department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program.
