Rawan is a consultant working as part of Beyond Associés’ executive search team since 2021. She collaborates with clients from various industries (automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, luxury, etc.) to hire C-suite executives and board members. She leverages her public policy education and multi-cultural background to better understand the needs and expectations of both the candidates and the organizations, and to facilitate the best match possible.

Rawan is fluent in Arabic, English and French. In her day-to-day work, she particularly enjoys the multitude of interactions with executives and decision-makers with a wide diversity of backgrounds and personal/professional experiences.

Prior experience

Before moving to France in 2019 to pursue her master studies, Rawan worked in Beirut with the International Committee of the Red Cross in their Water and Habitat Department as a Social Worker and Data Collector, specifically in the penitentiary system. In parallel, Rawan volunteered for more than three years as an Emergency Medical Technician at the Lebanese Red Cross Emergency Services.

Education

Rawan holds a master degree of Public Policy from Sciences Po’s Paris School of Public Affairs. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from the Lebanese American University in Beirut. She was actively engaged in several simulation programs in international negotiations. She also represented her university in the 2017 Harvard World Model United Nations Conference held in Montréal.
