Mathilde is a Junior Consultant, working as an apprentice at Beyond Associés.

She plays an active role in recruiting executives and independent directors, both in France and internationally. Her work focuses on identifying talent and conducting in-depth organizational analyses, thereby contributing to the success of projects.

Prior experience

Before joining Beyond Associés, Mathilde held the position of Junior Human Resources Manager at the Italian group Italcer, specializing in construction materials. There, she developed skills in human resources, particularly in recruitment.

At the Vasarely Foundation, she worked as a recruiter for exhibition staff in partnership with the Centre Pompidou.

Education

Mathilde is pursuing a dual degree combining a Master’s in “International Human Resources Management” at CIFFOP, Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, with the Grande École Program at NEOMA Business School. She will graduate in 2025.

Mathilde is fluent in French, English, and Italian.
