Hélène-Claire supports organizations and leaders in designing and implementing their talent strategy in line with their business ambition and corporate culture. She advises them on identifying key leadership success factors.
To this end, she assesses executives and future executives, advises clients on identifying and supporting high-potential individuals, and prepares succession plans.
Drawing on her consulting and corporate experience, Hélène-Claire’s strong client focus enables her to target and deeply understand the issues faced by the organizations she works with, mainly in the Industry, Financial Services, and Luxury Goods sectors.
Prior experience
Hélène-Claire's career in Human Resources in the Industry sector spans 10 years. During this time, she successively held recruitment, Business Partner and Talent Management roles, working closely with executives from the C-Suite.
She then joined Korn Ferry, an international consulting firm, where she worked on various talent management topics, including assessment and development, diversity and inclusion, cultural transformation through corporate values and individual behaviors.
Education
Hélène-Claire holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Strategy, and Human Resources from the University of Paris I La Sorbonne. She was also trained in coaching at HEC and is in the process of obtaining professional coaching certification (Erickson Coaching—recognized by the International Coaching Federation ICF). She is accredited for the use of psychometric tools.
She is a native French speaker and fluent in English.

Hearing her children laugh, spontaneity, emotions when listening to a piece of music, the raspberries picked from the garden, the ocean.
