Gabriella LAURETTI-LECOMMANDEUR
Gabriella blends her business background with her Executive Assessment expertise to support Executives and corporate clients. At Beyond Associés her areas of focus include Executive and Team Assessments, Team Dynamics and Executive Leadership Development support.
Gabriella works with our cross-functional teams, designing talent management strategies; succession planning initiatives including high potential identification; due diligence or selection in situations of mergers and acquisitions, senior team effectiveness programs and leadership development in a broader sense.
Gabriella is also a regular lecturer at the IAE Paris – Sorbonne Business School where she facilitates leadership workshops in the Healthcare Executive MBA program and delivers the Leadership Development Coaching program.
Prior experience
Prior to joining Beyond Associés, Gabriella spent over 12 years with Korn Ferry where she grew the Life Sciences practice in France and Europe, serving global clients in the healthcare industry and leading the firm’s Executive Search office in France. She also served as one of the first Global Client Relationship leaders in the firm, combining business experience, with Executive Search and Board Advisory expertise. Gabriella worked with corporate clients in supporting both talent selection and development processes that help them deliver their business strategy. She also coordinated cross-functional and large international talent management projects across multiple regions.
Before joining the consulting arena, Gabriella worked 17 years in general management roles in the healthcare sector. She has a strong track record in senior P&L positions, managing large local and international teams including marketing & sales, business development, data analytics and market access.
As an Italian born in Argentina, and having lived in 5 different countries, across 3 continents, Gabriella brings her international mindset to our global and multicultural approach.
Education
Gabriella holds degrees in business and marketing from the Ecole Supérieur de Gestion of Paris, France and an M.B.A. from Rutgers Business School, in New Jersey. She is fluent in English and French.
