Céline supports executives as well as their teams in both personal and business transformations.
Leveraging a 25-year experience in HR consulting, Céline brings expertise in supporting both individuals and teams, aligning their development, behaviors and objectives, with a particulat focus in Retail, Consumer goods and Services.
As Sparring-Partner or Coach, Celine enjoys identifying needs and blocking factors that prevent her clients’ success. Thanks to her multi-disciplinary skillset and experience in global groups, Celine creates growth pahways for her clients, managing complexity and ambiguity along the way.
Prior experience
After studying Management, Céline subsequently worked at Accenture for 25 years. As Managing Director, she led Human Resources consulting teams, supporting her clients in implementing programs of innovation, transformation and change management.
In 2021, she joined the BCG BrightHouse team to define and implement engagement programs before moving to the BCG-X department to set up the design team focused on client and employee experiences.
Within Beyond Associés, Céline is part of the Leadership Coaching & Development team, enabling executives to reach their goals.
Alongside this, Céline is a Gestalt Therapist, working with individuals, couples and groups.
Education
Graduated from Audencia Business School, Céline also holds a HR qualification from ESCP.
She is also trained as Gestalt Therapist (IFFP), member of FF2P and certified as European Psychologist.
